After the turbulence of last year, we're wishing you a warm welcome back in 2021 as our showroom is once again open! We have a lot of plans for the coming year and the first is a thank-you. To celebrate our re-opening we are offering our silver consultation package for FREE to anyone who purchases tiles with us for the remainder of the year, and we are continuing our Partnership Promotion offer as a gesture of appreciation for your continued support.
Last year we were inspired to reach out to you in ways the tiling industry never has before with our Remote Retail service, now we're re-vamping some of the main ways we communicate with you! Our goal is to make your experience interacting with us smoother, easier and bring some of the friendliness of our showroom to you & your clients.

Our new website features an all new design to ease navigation, brand new text to more easily convey how we can help you and more visual elements to treat your eye. The website you're familiar with will still be there if you're more comfortable browsing it, but we hope you'll check out our new site as we think you'll really like it.

We're not done yet! You may have seen Mark's face in your social feeds recently just saying 'hi', and it seems you've enjoyed this more personal approach, so there will be more to come!
Mark has also braved the lights and cameras starring in our upcoming promo-video, highlighting our picturesque showroom and services, which you'll be able to view very soon!
New tile ranges!
As you have read above, we haven't been resting on our laurels during lockdown! With the showroom re-opening we have many new tile ranges for you to enjoy with new ceramics, Ca'Pietra's Atlas porcelain collection and their National Trust tile collection; so whether you're looking for something new, chic or classic, we have something for you at our showroom!

Due to 'recent' circumstances we made viewing the showroom a 'by appointment' process to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, whilst retaining the high level of customer service we pride ourselves on. This has proven to be extremely popular with all our visitors and so we have decided to continue this practice as we move out of lockdown affording you and your clients an even greater sense of privacy browsing our showroom, more bespoke service dedicated to you as and when you wish, and all for free!
