At MTM Tile Showroom, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your tile and tiling product purchases. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom or special orders may not be eligible for returns unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mtmtiling.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Charges:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged.
A carriage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additionally, a 33% restocking charge will be applied to returned goods.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will typically be issued within 3-5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that there could be instances where delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or service interruptions.

5. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.
