A bespoke approach

We don’t know of any local showroom that you can book exclusively for an hour and have a knowledgeable member-of-staff on hand to offer as much or as little help as you require. Our customer's clients love this touch, and the fact that our customers can offer this service is a great add on!

Tile ranges to excite and inspire -

From our Developer’s Range to our design houses and suppliers (including some bespoke ranges that your customers will love!), we have a large variety in-store, all arranged to allow space and freedom for a tranquil browsing experience without being overwhelmed. We also have access to many more tile ranges and can order samples along with brochures that your customers can take home.

Over 30 years experience –

Mark (the owner) is a City and Guilds qualified and time served tiler who is on hand to offer technical help if required and ensure the correct material is supplied for the job. We are still active on the tiling front and have many customers where we supply the materials only.

We take care of all the customer's choices –

We offer a second consultation appointment where the design elements of the project (e.g. grout, trim, laying patterns and more) can be finalised. Once these elements are chosen, we supply your client with a free information pack containing all their choices and the materials required (plus one for yourself) to either purchase at trade value or allow them to purchase. We will ensure these materials are ready to go when you are.

This provides you with a list of the customer's choices and one less headache or unnecessary loss of time when the tiling starts.

We will manage your customer's expectations -

Before the purchase of tiling materials, we will explain what will, or won’t, be suitable for their project in terms of performance or practicality. We aim to ensure your client can make a fully informed decision to eliminate disappointment.

Free samples –

You or your customer can borrow tile samples to ensure they get the perfect tile suitable for their project.

If we don't know the answer, we will find out! -

Under no circumstances will we guess or assume as we are aware of the potential consequences. We will give good, honest advice coupled with good old-fashioned service.
