Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and providing exceptional customer service to help clients achieve their dream bathroom and tiling projects. The business has a successful and busy in-house tiling service requiring the applicant to be comfortable performing duties autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.

Ensure exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve their desired look, from design to completion.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, striving to resolve any issues promptly and satisfactorily.

Uphold MTM Tile Showroom’s values of customer-first service, attention to detail, and high standards of craftsmanship.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and quality installation services.

Manage inventory, ensuring that all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively in the showroom.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the safe handling and disposal of waste.

Offer expert consultations and advice on our range of products, including our exclusive natural stone tiles, Italian porcelain, and high-quality bathroom products.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in showroom, retail, or a customer-facing role (management experience is a plus but not essential).

Physically fit to lift and move deliveries into the store, up to 20kg.

Punctual, honest, and reliable with a positive can-do attitude.

Polite, mannerly, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Willingness to seek advice and continuously improve skills.

Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of tiling and bathroom products, installation processes, and interior design trends (Training provided).

Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software (Training provided).
